 Still Working After 3 Years! Highly Recommended! April 27, 2010

We bought the Plantronics HL10 Handset Lifter to go with our Plantronics CS-55 Dect 6.0 Digital Wireless Office Headset and have been very pleased with both devices. Using the handset lifter give you the ability to answer calls directly from the wireless headset, which is good if you spend a lot of time away from the physical phone to which the headset unit is connected.
Setup was amazingly easy, just following the directions allowed us to get this installed in just a few minutes on our very inexpensive no-name speaker phone.
Like our Plantronics Headset, this has passed the test of time and I would buy a new one if it failed today.

Great product! Frees up hands and allows you to run around the office and still answer the phone. The sound quality is amazing, as well as the distance it covers. Setting it up was a breeze, took about 3 minutes.
Only complaint is the sticky cushions to install runs out of stickiness pretty quickly. I repaired it with superglue.

This is a great product; however it did not work for me. It was easy to set up and then connect to my lLantronics wireless headset. By following instructions I was able to calibrate it to where it picks up the receiver whenever the phone rings. But then the other person woudl not hear me; while I was able to hear them. I tried all sorts of different settings but always the same result i.e. it was like I was on mute. Finally i gave up and sent it back.

Absolutely love the capability... combined with my bluetooth headset that answers both my cell phone / office phone, i'm set. The only challenge is that I bought a phone (happens to be an RCA model) that it's outside is slightly curved. The mechanism that this device attaches with is with sticky double sided tape. Now, if the phone had a flat outside edge - it would work perfectly. Unfortunately, every few days it start to sag down and stays off the hook when I disconnect. Soon I may just superglue the thing into place! Just something to watch out for! Really do like the capability and recommend.

Really recommend this product to a busy professional. Being able to answer the phone while away from my desk can mean the difference between making the sale or missing out. The product works great with my Plantronics Voyager headset. Highly recommend.
